We are known for the quality of our EZ CALL IP Nurse Call System which it provides into Hospitals throughout the world. Our multi-functional hard wired solutions are perfect for these hospital environments – be they general or private hospitals.
When it comes to designing a nurse call for a hospital, traditionally, hospitals have had to employ a single solution, leading to more cost and inefficiencies. Sometimes we see that people have had to deploy multiple, disparate Nurse Call systems for each unit. At Schrack Seconet Care Communication GmbH, our focus has been to create a combination of what we believe the be safest integrity 1st platform out there together with the ability to enable multiple upgrade paths that drive operation efficiencies within the care workplace.
You’ll find everything you need in our range. From flexible topologies that includes an IP platform to real time location module add-ons such as asset tracking to drive workflow excellence, we’ve got you covered.
Hospital design specifications can be understandably very demanding. There’s a good reason for this. Literally, every second matters in a hospital and can make a vital difference to patient outcomes. Nurse call systems not only need to be fast and accurate, but they must be super reliable as well. You’ll find that this is just one of the areas that makes us different from our peers. Our system has a reputation for true engineering integrity.
One such example is our ECS concept – Emergency Call System. It’s integrated in our IP nodes such as our EZ CALL IP Nurse Call Switch or CT Touch IP Room Terminal. In the event of a network switch failure, our emergency displays will still receive critical event notifications. Our ECS-emergency call system also guarantees that we lose zero calls for peace of mind.
Commonly requested features include corridor displays, call activity logging software, emergency and cardiac buttons, helpful apps for nurses, overdoor lights, speech functionality, pagers, panic alarm integrations and real time location module add-on capabilities – such as asset tracking and bed management.

If you are concerned with the maintenance of the system, you can also rest assured that we take this very seriously too. Many of our clients are taking the option of remote site diagnostic monitoring. We’ll install some hardware in your premises that will connect our service desk to your system. When assistance is needed we remotely access the system and take action.
Our trained engineers, with your permission, will have access to a system fault logger and from this they can quickly and easily determine where the problem is so that repairs can be carried out. Designated onsite staff can also receive notification texts or emails and renaming requests can be carried out remotely. Furthermore, engineers will only visit site with correct parts. Faults can often be resolved and rectified before there site disruptions is caused.
